Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients and for clients with multiple previous cancellations. Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

No! Your deposit is applied directly toward your service total. It simply reserves your appointment time.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows enough time for the appointment to potentially be offered to another client.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to reserve another appointment.

Life happens, and I completely understand that some circumstances are truly out of your control. If an emergency comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. I’m always willing to work with my clients when genuine unforeseen circumstances arise.
